Hey everyone. I just recieved a phone call 2 days ago from the producer of Grease. I have been asked to come in on Thursday for a callback for the role of Doody. They told me to be familiar with the role and his song "Those Magic Changes." Here's the problem, I'm a high baritone and unless the original bway cast cd is different from the original score, which I'm GUESSING it's not, the song is way out of my range. I know this is a random question, but does any one have any suggestions on how I could pull this off. Possibly singing all the higher stuff in falsetto. I don't know. Any suggestions at all would be great. Thank you!

Tell them your concerns and ask if they want it falsetto or if they will be altering the key. My guess is falsetto though. It's a pretty campy song.
