I'm auditioning for a youth production of Oliver! on Feb. 23 & 24. I have played Dodger in school before (two years ago, I was 10. That puts me as 12 and in the 7th grade) but not in youth community. I can't find a suitable monolouge (you're warned, I have problems with spelling) and am having second thoughts with my song, which is the long version of "Little People" from Les Mis and was only shown in very early London productions of the show. (whee, run on sentence, fun...) Any help would be appreciated. By the way, you can PM me with ideas or email or post them her. I'd perfer them posted here in case anybody else needs them, though. Well... in on mti, the LMSE character descriptions say to da director 2 cast Gavroche as a young artful dodger so i think that Little People is a fab idea!
Also, i don't think it's too overdone either... good luck! u'll do gr8!!!
