A few years ago I did the whole "Behind the Emerald Curtain" tour, and I asked what differs about the touring production. Now, I've only seen the tour, so I really have nothing to compare it to. But they told me that, if anything, the touring production is on a "larger scale" and you can expect to see even more in terms of sets and such.

For those of you who have seen both a West End/Broadway production and a touring one, what do you think?

I saw the tour and the Broadway production, and they seemed to be basically on the same scale.

But maybe I just wasn't paying as close attention as I could have been.
