Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr.

It was recently announced that the local theatre company's next show will be Alice in Wonderland Jr. I was wondering if any of you have done the show and would be able to offer some insight to the characters?

I've found a list of characters but there's 3 different Alices and 3 Cheshire cats. Does anyone know how this works? I can't find a summary anywhere.

I was in Missoula Children's Theatre AIW, it was awesome. We also used 3 Alices and Cheshire Cats.
