In London, years ago, during the court room scene the guy playing the jury, as the drunk juror, belched loudly and then 'passed out'. It made a couple of ensemble members to lose it and start to laugh behind him.
And, also during the court room scene, in the middle of Billy Flynn's monologue, someone sitting in the box, sneezed very loudly and Flynn, played by Clarke Peters, halted, looked up to the box and just said 'Bless you!' and went back to his monologue. Everyone cracked, in the house and on stage.
