Can anyone believe that dirty dancing is coming to the west end?I am such a big fan of the film and I am sure it will be fabulous on stage!!! I was actually tempted to audition for it but i decided not to! Anyone go for it? is there anyone who is as excited as me?

They were had an open audition in The Stage newspaper a few weeks ago! Me too, I would really like to see it!

The roles of Johnny and Baby in the much-anticipated stage show of Dirty Dancing have been cast. Brooding dance teacher Johnny Castle will be played by Australian dancer Josef Brown, who originated the role in the original Australian production, while British RADA graduate Georgina Rich plays Frances ‘Baby’ Houseman.

I have to say I was very tempted!!! Did you hear that Patrick Swayze is gonna appear in guys and dolls?I think he should appear on the opening night of dirty dancing! Really looking forward to it though!

It was very successful in Australia and is selling fast in Germany.
We will have to wait a few more weeks to see what the London production will bring.
I'am sure it will be with us for some time.
