Hi, all! I'm new to this forum, so go easy, okay?

Basically, I have auditions for The Secret Garden in a few weeks and would like to try for Dickon. The setback: My comfort range is more Baritone than Tenor, and Dickon has some pretty high notes.

Luckily I have an excellent voice teacher who has been working with me to free up the top end of my range (she thinks we can manage A above middle C in a month or two and the show is in about five months). My question: how high does Dickon go? I would like to know so I can decide whether or not I'll try for Dickon or go for someone else...

Looking at the score, I'm pretty sure that it is a G. However, there may be a G# that i missed. If I did miss it, it may be a very quick one that you don't notice it as much as a held G.

Gah. So, it's been a long time. Just stopping by to tell everyone that I successfully auditioned for Neville. Singing aside, I figured there was just more to do with him as far as creating a complex character goes. Thanks for all your help!
