Dancing

Its there alot of dancing in this show??? I don't know to much about it, but I am starting to get ready for next year, cause my school is doing ragtime.

And I was also wondering if there was any place I could get the music for free somewhere. Not limewire.

I don't know about getting the music for free...but this show is not very dance heavy. Evelyn Nesbit's back-up girls (chorines) dance with her in "Girl on the Swing", the workers in "Henry Ford" dance (but it's really stiff/mechanical, more like one motion repeated over and over, like an assembly line), the Harlem ensemble dances in "Gettin' Ready Rag", and the New Rochelle ensemble dances in "Atlantic City" (but all the girls are wearing long, heavy dresses with hats and parasols, so it's nothing really heavy). I think that's about it for dancing. There's nothing really requiring heavy dancing or choreography. It can easily be done with some simple movement.

Just agreeing with Broadway Baby. Not a heavy dance show. "Gettin' Ready Rag" had the most legit dance in it, but that's about it.
