cutsI want to put on a short production od ITW, but we need to cut it to 30 minutes, and with a cast of 7-8. I have no idea how to do this. Any ideas?

It needs to cut to the length of 30 minutes. So, it can't be longer than that.

You really want to take out all the good parts, don't you?
Act 1 only.
Take out: I know things now, maybe they're magick, I guess this is good-bye, Our little world, Baker's Reprise(about the cloak), A very nice prince(both times, replace with a few lines), Possibly Jack's song, It takes two, and on the steps of the palace.

~Baker's Wife
~Cinderella
~Little Red
~Jack
~Stepmother and 1 stepsister(have sister double as Rapunzel if possible)
~Witch
~Princes (double as wolves)
~Narrator(double as mysterious man)
Have Jack's mother, Cinderella's mother, granny and giant be played by the same person.
There. I had to ruin a perfectly wonderful show and I had to take out the best parts, but I think that might work. You've lost a lot of charecter and you'll have a hard time getting it to work. I won't be going to that show though, I'd rather see the real whole thing.

*cringes* 30 mins for ITW?  ouch well umm I suggest... wait a min... I honestly can't think of any suggestions for that becuase I think you need at least an hour for people to understand it and have songs. Cut out the songs I suppose *eye twitch*
