Traditionally (at least according to the director of the production I'm working on, and I'm pretty sure he's right!), the last three are Chris followed by Kim followed by the Engineer - I would imagine that it'd be Thuy, Ellen then John before them. However, the general consensus amongst the company is that the Engineer being last is mostly because the role was originated by Jonathan Pryce who was by far the biggest star in the show. We're not doing it that way - our Kim is the last one out (well, followed by Tam but that's purely for the cute factor!). We haven't actually set it yet, so I can't tell you the rest of the order - I'll let you know in a week or so!
