i really have no idea haha. i just found it on stageagent.com, and there wasnt any information on the cast..it just said "Jubilee" Neutral

Jubillee, the cole porter musical is about a mid european royal family.
some great Porter songs from the show are Kling Kling Bird in the Divi Divi Tree, A Picture of Me Witout You, Sunday Morning Breakfast Time, Me and Marie, What a Nice municipal Park. there was never a cast recording, but Porter recorded much of the score privately and its available on "Cole sings Porter".

i've lost interest in finding out more information about Jubilee. lol

anyone know anything about Copacabana?
Music08Man

Copacabana is a musical written by Barry Manilow, based around the song of the same name.

The story follows aspiring songwriter, Stephen, as he composes what he hopes will become a hit musical. His imagination takes him back to the 1940s as he creates a story surrounding an ambitious young singer Lola Lamar who arrives in New York City from Tulsa hoping to become a star. She lands a position at the famous Copacabana Nightclub, "the hottest club north of Havana", and strives to become a 'Copa Girl' dancer with the help of the bartender, Tony Starr.

I saw this last year performed by a high school in my area. Three of my good friends were in it. One of them played the lead, Stephen. I thought it was a really interesting idea. The girl who played Lola wasn't the best, but she was pretty good and she was funny. The music isn't the most complex or interesting, but overall it's pretty entertaining. There's a couple really nice dance numbers too. All in all, I think it's a pretty good show.
