Children of Eden HelpHey, I'm auditioning for Children of Eden soon. I'm a 16 year old tenor, what parts are there for me? I've heard Cain, but how old does he have to be? Thanks!

It sounds like Cain would be a good choice for you. He is often doubled as Japeth, but doesn't have to be. He is 17 in the show, and Abel is 15 I believe.

If you want a song, I would say cain, he has an amazing song called lost in the wilderness. If you dont want a singing part, Abel.

Lost in the Wilderness is one of the best tenor songs ever in my opinion. I was Yonah and I loved being in COE

So did you end up getting a part? Cain is a great role, but it takes a very solid vocal technique to sing well. Abel actually sings quite a bit, but mostly ensemble stuff (Close to home, Ring of stones, not to mention being Ham in the second act). But it's also a pretty good role.
