Chess movieHi, two months ago I read that chess was to be made into a movie, very like the phantom of the opera. Can anyone confirm this? They did not have any information, they just said that the chess musical was to become a movie.

Of course, at the towns cinema, we are the host of the movie festival in our country, so we have information about movies before they even get started, each month they get a new brochure with futured movies, they usualy have 10 movies with much information, and 10 movies with only a sentence, Chess was one of the last ten.

I have no doubt a chess movie is being made. question is, is it the chess musical we know or just a random movie called chess.

Norway, the country is Norway, I live in a town called Haugesund, I usually go at the cinema once in a month. For the month June, they had a brochure like they allways have, on the last side there were 10 logos for movies, with little information. One of them was a Norwegian movie I've been waiting for, and the other ones, except Chess, was movies I didn't care for.
