Cheap ShopsSo...
I'm producing / directing my own show at school (blah blah blah) and on Saturday, me and the production team are going out to buy all the costumes, props, make - up supplies, etc.
Most of the costumes are simple everyday items, but little things like a dressing gown, pink shoes, grey cap etc, we need to buy.
We're going to the city so there's every shop imaginable. But I need a few names of some cheap stores we can buy the clothes and stuff from.
So far I have:
Primark,
Asda,
H&M,
Mark One.
EDIT: And Matalan.
Anyone got anymore?

I really should have thought about charity shops.

I concur on checking out thrift stores. There is one in my hometown that sells all of their items of clothing for $1. It's great.

The Sallys is always the first stop.

Never ever ever heard of Sally's or Thrift.
I'm presuming they're only in the US?
If they're in the UK, someone let me know!

Thrift stores aren't a brand of store, they are just a used stuff store. Some of the popular ones are Goodwill, Salvation Army, Saint Vincents Depaul, etc.
Looks like the UK term is Charity Shop...I had no idea!

I don't think you have it, but.....VALUE VILLAGE. Most awesome store of life. I find brilliant stuff there, and it's usually under six bucks. I got my entire Emcee costume there last halloween. It was wonderful.

For Americans: That is TJ Maxx and Marshalls.
For Brits: That is TK Maxx.
Obviously I worked there for a year. *sigh*
