Can anybody describe everyone of the characters, nothing too indepth, deffiantely not like... phycological study, or anything; just what they should look like physically, what they need to be capable, the size of their part, and anything else you can think of.

Velma

The story revolves around Roxie. She has been played by women from their 20's through 60's. So age varies for Roxie. She should be a decent singer, and should have dancing skill. The most important talent Roxie needs is great acting skills and charisma.

Velma is Roxie's rival in jail. She is a very demanding dancing role. She has a lot of numbers, and she should also be a strong singer. Acting wise she doesn't call for as much as Roxie.

Billy is the lawyer. Should be charismatic.

Mama is the prison matron. Can be played by a variety of women. Should have a decent belting voice, and a sassy attitude.

Amos is Roxie's husband, and is quite the "dope" the audience should feel bad for.
