Character analysis?

I'm curious about the parts.. I haven't watched the movie for a long time and I've never bothered to see it on stage yet (I want to, though!) so I was wondering if you could tell me how big the part is, what the vocal range is, and sort of the personality?

Thanks in advance. Very Happy

I would tell you now, but I don't have my script / vocal score near me. If no-one else posts, I'll give you any info you want tommorow.

Well, I'm really curious about Lily St. Regis, so if you can explain her parts in the script a little I'd really love it!
Other than that I just want to know the parts. Very Happy

Well, Lilly is a supporting role and doesn't have too many lines, but an actor can really make her the show stealer through gestures etc. I find her to be slightly "slutty" and in our show she tends to be all over Rooster. She is jealous about Rooster and Hannigan having a close relationship and doesn't excactly see eye to eye with Hannigan.

From what I can see I don't think she has any solo parts in songs, if any. She is only onstage for 4 scenes I think, but those scenes are crutial for the plot to move one.

She can be played in a really dumb way, but I think she can work well as a sly and possibly clever person. She has a few lines that if said in the correct way could be really good comic moments.

Anything else lol?
music is my life!!!

WATCH THE MOVIE - take any opportnity to make the role as stupid as possible!
Pepper Hannigan

In my opinion, Lily's stupidity is really a mask that she puts on-- in part to make others look worse than they are.
