Cats Wiki (new site, beta)

http://www.cyber-tiger.com/wiki/

Since my old image host (jkcc) died I had been looking for a replacement. I finally setteled on dreamhost and I decided to use it to host the wiki and to evenually dismantle the old Catsmusical.com site and move it there as well.

I need to revialize the cast list database a bit. I have not decided if I want to fold it into the wiki or leave it separate.

The wiki itself not quite ready from primetime as I need to figure out how to include the RUG disclaimer on every page.

Old trip reports, costumes, news articles, photos, bios, etc.. are all good additions, but.. I would like to discourage two things: posting of actual fanfiction, and lyrics. (Though, if you have lyrics, I keep them in a special hidden place. RUG rules don't allow them.)

I'd also prefer to have permission to repost old trip reports and personal fandom info rather than for them to be included by others.

I remember seeing pictures of that Estonia cast. I think I mentioned it looked like a cross between the 25th Annual Putnan County Spelling Bee and Rocky Horror. I wonder what they sounded like.

Thanks for doing this Carb. I've been hoping you would continue your website once things settled down for you.

The Estonian production is what spurred the creation of the wiki. I couldn't remember which production that picture of the Barfee cat was from. I went through the "weird" productions ... i.e. Budapest, Warsaw, Prague... until I remembered that it was Estonia, googled it and found my post in the forum about it. That post isn't going to be around forever.

There are a lot of those posts on these forums with interesting info that, over the years, have dissapeared into the ethernet. This is my way of grapping onto them and locking them down in a more stable location.
