Caroline O'Connor Returning to BroadwayI duno whether it's confirmed, but I heard from the Dress Circle board that Caroline is returning as Velma for the show's 10th birthday on Broadway! Gd for u guys... we are still waiting for her to go onstage as Velma in Ldn!

I do know Bianca is coming back to Broadway as Roxie in August though

yes, but then she leaves to do the tour as roxie in late october, right around the anniversary of CHICAGO... which leaves a spot open for roxie on broadway.
i have no idea who its going to be in NY but i am just as anxious to find out as y'all are about caroline.
any word would be appreciated

I would love a real special anniversary cast. Would love some Liza as Mama. She could do it for the one night.
Even if Chita did Roxie for the one night, I would be thrilled.

my vote for any random ensemble members are KMM, dan lobuono, DMA, brooks, juliet fischer, theresa coombe, david kent, and the new tour swing pilar - i'd be there in a minute!

As much as I enjoy Terra, I don't want to sit through another performance of her Velma. I hope it'll be someone else. No Brenda either.

As much as I LOVE LOVE LOVE Ruthie, I don't think she could return as Roxie.... at least she's prob not as great as she was in dancing! She looked pretty dreading on as Velma, though of course her acting/singing totally covered it up, but wud LOVE to hear her as Mama!

I would love to see Michelle DeJean back on Broadway as Roxie in late October. Her performance in the tour is incredible.

It sucks to be you, huh?
According to the other post, she's suppose to be touring for 6 weeks after Broadway, so she wouldn't be the Roxie in Philadelphia if that is true.
Please, please, please give others a shot at Roxie and Velma.

give ruthie a break...i'd like to see you pop out a baby and get 100% back into shape within a few weeks to be Velma.

Just abit O/T, did anyone see Ruthie in a play recently? She did a play for about 2 wks I think... just wanna wander how she is recently in the US...enjoying 2 kids life!

I want Ruthie back on Broadway.. 
I would love to see her as Dot if the Sunday revival transfers. But chances are we will get an all Americna cast.
