Career in musicI am fond of high beat music and like to dance on hip-hop songs. Moreover I am very good at playing guitar. Can I expect bright career also related to this? What all is needed? Waiting for your replies……. |

You'd probably get more concise and relevant answers on a music forum, but I may as well contribute.
A career playing guitar can probably take one of two directions: 1. A guitarist in a band. Which can range from playing pubs and clubs until your 40 and being poor, or becoming the next Hendrix, making millions and dying far too young. 2. Secondly, a more stable option is to become a proffesional guitarist (possibly with a degree in music) who can play a range of styles, work in orchestras, play for theatres, play for film music, work as live support for touring bands and also teach in spare time. I'd say stick at it, because with heaps determination and skill, you can probably make a living from guitar. |

If you want to do singing/guitar, music isn't really an online degree, only because you would take private lessons of the instrument, learn theory, and such. (music education major here) |
