ButzDoes anyone else notice that Norbert like, whispers a lot of his lines. Like at the end of ALAYM, he whispers his lines and I saw this one boot-legged Wicked OC and when he comes at the end to get Elphaba, he talks in this whispy voice. I don't care for it at all. Maybe he was trying to be romantic, but...it's not making my hormones fly.

Its a terrible role in a bad show. I felt sorry for the guy. If you sawh im in DRS you'd see how brilliant he can be with a good role in a great show.

He whispers the line at the end because they are both supposed to be dead and he doesn't know if there are still people who could hurt them left in the area. So obviously he wouldn't be speaking loudly. It never really bothered me. I think Norbert is the best actor out of the OBC trio.

I wasn't including Joel in there  . By trio I meant Idina, Cheno and Norbert.

Ah, I understand now. I didn't see Butz live...I saw Krisoffer Cusick in Chicago for my first Wicked experence. He spoke in a normal tone, so maybe that's why I thought it was weird.

He was my favorite out of all the Wizards I've seen. Sean McCourt comes in close second though.

Speaking of Joel, have you heard his albums, "Black Sheep Boy" or its reissue, "The Magic Of Joel Grey?" It's the #12 worst album of all time, they say. A schlock masterpiece- Joel Grey sings his folk-rock favorites.

I've only seen it once... and believe me, I won't be seeing again anytime soon so that I'd have anythone to compare, but I thought Ben Vereen was brilliant. He was probably the only reason I didn't leave 10 minutes into the show.
