I would think Cameron Macintosh would be higher. How many other producers were as successful, or get a concert in their honor.
I would also have thought Webber would be there. Probably the most successful composer ever, as well as a producer and plain stinking rich.

I think the list should be about who couldd influence/have a say of/change the face of current Broadway. (

Clearly owning 17 theatres and the " industry’s biggest ticket distribution system" is pretty powerful.

Though I wonder about JOE MANTELLO in front of Sondheim for example, or why Hal Prince isn't there.

If Hal Prince was trying to influence the face of broadway, and Joe Mantello was also trying, which would be more successful? I would have thought that Hal Prince would be.

I guess by 'influence the face of Broadway' I mean in terms of being able to produce/direct new shows and revivals, or update/change existing ones if he wanted to etc..

This is just broadway - Lloyd Webber and Cameron are still the world authority figures when it comes to Broadway. I'd like to see a list compiled of the top most powerful creative figures (theatre owners not allowed).
