Does anybody know where I can find/order some good but cheap breakaway bottles? Best I've found so far is $18 a bottle, which I may end up going with, but this play is incredibly low budget so I'd appreciate the help.

Breakaway bottles are never cheap. I've searched endlessly for the holy grail of cheap breakaway glass.
We usually pay $118 for a case of 6; I think rack rate is $123/6. So your pricing is just fine.

Just be sure to inspect when you take delivery, because they sometimes get broken in transit or at storage. At $18 a pop, you don't want to buy any that are already broken.
