Thanks everyone In a couple hours(when the aforementioned snow is mostly melted) I'm walking down to the grocery store and buying a pack of cigarettes and some lottery tickets to celebrate the end of my free ride and not being jailbait anymore.

...I actually don't know if she plans to or not... but I know it's sort of a tradition with my group of friends to buy a cigar once you turn 18. Mine's still around somewhere... I don't plan on smoking it, but it was sort of a 'hey, I can do this thing now' kinda thing...

I'm not a smoker, but it's not a waste...I'm actually going to buy one pack for my friend, and then another to sell at school, where a single cigarette can go for up to a dollar. It's just this once, though. I'm not going to continue enabling the little doofuses who think it's cool to smoke.

Not such a good idea dear. #1 Smoking (Do as I say, not as I do) or promoting smoking is just icky. Also, you can get EXPELLED for selling cigarettes to minors, even just once, really dont do it. If you are buying cigarettes to be 'carded' there will be plenty of that when you're 21, I have friends that are 27 and still being carded. I mean smoke if you want to but do'nt sell cigarettes at school. I just dont want you getting into trouble.
