If I absolutely had to pick, I would say Ronnette; she's usually the "leader" of the group. But really, they parts are pretty much equal. I think Ronette's solo is a tad longer, that is all.
When our director gave the girls characters, Ronnette (a mezzo) was the confident/intelligent/take-charge one, Chiffon (alto) was the cute/goofy/not so bright one and Crystal (pop soprano) was a bit of a dreamer. But as far as I know, you're pretty free to divide the roles up in different ways.
