i thought she was great. she really surprised me.

I think she was OKAY.
She can't act, at times I was cringing!!!! I have to admit this was her best acting I have seen so far.
Also she did my head in with those little 'rolls,' she does with her voice in some of the songs.
Jennifer Hudson outshone her and quite rightly so - she was the best thing for me (personally!)

I agree.
But then, I might be a little bit biased because (and this is thanks to my super-ghetto middle school) I'm sort of obsessed with her music.
Yes, I know it's not good or very artistic. But it's so addictingly amazing.

I thought she was absolutely amazing. Yes I have too be honest I love her music and I have seen her on tour and got her albums but I thought she really brought out her acting side and I was quite suprised really.

Never saw itHello everyone. I'm new here. I never saw Dreamgirls. Is the movie as good as the critics say? I'm still not use to Beyonce being an actress. I didn't hear much about her because Jennifer Hudson got the attention which I think Beyonce hated.

beyonceSome of the people that I talked to said that they hated her performance, but I thought that she did pretty good. I think the part where Beyonce shined the most was during her "Listen" solo.

Beyonce surprised me, actually. She didn't completely butcher the character, and her acting wasn't THAT horrible.
