Beggar Woman audition suggestions?

Hey all, a community theatre in my town is gearing up for a production of "Sweeney Todd" soon. I really want the part of the Beggar Woman. I'm a tad young for the role (I'm 27), but I think with proper costuming and makeup, I can pull it off.

The only problem is, I have absolutely NO idea what to sing at the audition. Can anyone suggest an appropriate song? I'm a mezzo with a little more strength in my higher range.

Thanks bunches to anyone who can help!!!

NO! Don't sing something from the show. "Last Midnight" or one of the witch's songs from Into the Woods would be good.

I'd suggest 'Words words words' from the witches of eastwick!
Salome

I sang Finding Words for Spring from Baker Street . and got the role.
