My school's prom theme is "Masquerade Ball." They never mentioned the Phantom until I found a letter my brother got about it saying "you will be welcomed by the Phantom of the Opera." Three kids are probably *familiar* with it. Oh, well.

Unfortunately, I don't get to go, since I'm a freshman. You're not allowed to invite freshmen, but you can invite sophomores, stupid, no? Ah, well, I'm sure I'll see some pictures and hear some stories.

As it's been 100 yrs since I was in high school and Canada has a different system here (I think), I'm not totally familliar with the terminology used here.

"Freshmen," etc.

Anyway, I'd go dressed as Red Death.

Our school very frequently recycles prom themes... I'm pretty jealous of this one, my friend and I were actually talking about how we could try to get our classmates to go for a masquerade prom senior year the other day. I did kind of like this year's, though, "A Roaring Affair"

My high school has the 9 and 10th graders knon as Juniors. 11's are Intermediate ans seniors are 12's.
