All you Brits are making me hungry...

Any of you got a recipe? I had them last year at Irish fair and now I am obsessed! (Can't have 'em till Lent is over, but then, watch out! I may eat a cow by myself!)

Maybe that's because there's a lot more to the UK than London, and I've spent the majority of my life out of it...I'm also coming to realise that a lot of what are traditionally regarded as 'British' dishes, are more alive in the US than they've been here in about 20 years Razz

Well, remember I had these at Irish fair, where they tend to go a bit for the most extremely ethnic things they can think of.

I went to college in a town originally settled by Cornish lead miners. Haven't had a decent pasty since I graduated.

edit- should clarify pasty as a meat turnover and not something to wear on my nipples
