Do you mind re-stating the question? I don't quite understand what you're actually asking...

I auditioned for this show about a month ago and I sang "Welcome to the 60's" from Hairspray. I think that song or almost anything else from Hairspray could work very well, such as "Good Morning Baltimore" or "Mama, I'm a Big Girl Now." Oh, and I think something from Little Shop of Horrors could also work very well, but keep in mind that "Suddenly Seymour" may be a bit overdone... Oh and while I'm thinking of it, "Good Morning Baltimore" may be overdone, as well.

I'm horrible at picking audition songs, but just look for a song with a late 50's/early 60's sound to it, and of course with all of the regular traits of a good auditions song (in your range, shows off both high and low notes, etc). I'm not sure, but I think Ursula/the teen chorus are mostly belters, so if that's something you can do, I'd try to pick a song that shows it off.

Hope this helped. Very Happy Good luck!

Ps. You've probably realized this already, but people on here tend to be a bit picky with spelling and whatnot. Also, next time you have a question like this, try searching through past threads--a lot of times, people ask similar questions, so sometimes it's not necessary to start a new one. Mr. Green
