Hello everyone, I will be auditioning for Sound of Music in October. It will be through our local CT and will be a youth production (8-1. Anyone have any suggestions on what part to go for? I am 17. 5' and 105lb. My range is a G (right below Middle C) to a high E (on really good days lol). I was thinking either Maria or Liesl seeing as my height is short though that may not work lol. I was asked to audition though so I'm hoping for a good outcome. Lead roles I've done in the past are: Annie (Annie), Marian Paroo (Music Man) and working towards Sarah Brown (Guys and Dolls) any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
