audition song??

I'm male - 55, excellent dancer, excellent actor, mediocre/poor singer. What should I audition for? Is there any part for me??
audreydarling

don't know if you have already auditioned...but just sing something fun. a lot of the guys can pass if they can't sing. Theres Greg who is really funny and probably would be the most suited to you. is this at community theatre?

Well there's Larry who is Zach's assistant so he leads all of the dancing and I don't believe he sings by himself at all. I don't believe Bobby sings a whole lot either. Maybe just a few lines by himself here and there. It's mostly acting and dancing on his part. And just go for an uptempo fun song that shows your personality AND that you're comfortable with. Best of luck!

Larry isnt in the play only the film.

Zach is the only role in your age range.

Larry IS in the play. Trust me, I've seen it over 13 times, hehe.

I'm not sure if he's in the film though. I saw it once and wanted to kill myself afterwards.

Larry is in the musical. He has to be an excellent dancer. He makes no mistakes.

Yes, that Larry. He is absolutely in the stage production. I've seen it numerous times.
