For the ballad, try "Lonely Town" or "Lucky to Be Me" from On the Town. Leonard Bernstein wrote the music for that show as well, so the style is similar.
A good uptempo might be "Miracle of Miracles" from Fiddler on the Roof. It's similar in style to "Something's Comin'", shows off your high register well (a must for Tony), and demonstrates that you can sing a difficult song with little or no help from the orchestral accompaniment (another must for Tony).
