ASSASSINS - Sign Up Now for BTC's Spring Senior Ensemble production!

Broadway Training Center of Westchester, under Artistic Directors Jason Brantman and Fiona Santos, is delighted to announce that its Spring Senior Ensemble production will be ASSASSINS, Music and Lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, Book by John Weidman, based on an original idea by Charles Gilbert.

Original, disturbing, thought-provoking, and alarmingly funny, ASSASSINS lays bare the lives of nine individuals who assassinated or tried to assassinate the President of the United States. This Tony Award winner contains some of the finest scene writing in recent memory, as well as Sondheim's brilliant score -- an homage to American music throughout the ages, from folk to ragtime to 1970s soft rock. Register today! Spring Senior Ensemble classes begin in January.

Ensemble is an intensive musical theatre experience which emphasizes training in music, acting, and dance. This is a high-priority, highly intensive program. Tuition for Ensemble includes a weekly hour of dance. In addition, Ensemble members are required to take an acting or music class. Broadway Training Center of Westchester is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Our mission is to provide children, teens, and adults in the Westchester area with Broadway oriented performing arts training that focuses on the joy of accomplishment, the development of individual and ensemble skills, and the enrichment of personal expression and growth through classroom and performance work.
