Assassins script

Does anyone know where I might find a script of Assassins, more specifically the scene in which Guiteau shoots Garfield?

You can hear 4 pieces of dialogue from the show on the Revival soundtrack...The track called "I'm a terrifiying and imposing figure..."
is a scene where Guiteau tries to kiss Sarah Jane Moore and is refused comes before 'Charlie' goes off to shoot Garfield.

The script is also available on amazon.

On a tangent, Amazon does not offer the sheet music. Does anyone know where that might be found?

Is the scrip a paperback book with the original 1991 poster on it?If so,i've got it on my wish list!

yeah it is...
*side note* Assassins has by FAR one of the strongest books of any musical I've ever encountered. Its an entity that can stand on its own, with or without Sondheim's excellent score.

I think it's a great book when considered as a part of the musical, but it would just be a series of sketches without Sondheim's score. Granted, this suits the revue-like structure of Assassins, but I don't think the book would stand on it's own if you removed the songs and let it play like that. The score is ultimately what ties the sketches together.
