Artistic Nude ModelingWould you do it?There's an ad by a local photographer offering 100 dollars per session. He has you sign a form stating that he cannot distribute them in any way or use them for anything. It's just for him to practice his craft. What are your thoughts on the subject? Would you do it? Or do you think it reflects poorly on the model in the future? |

I would do it, (not that anyone would want photos of my flab, but thats a nother story) any experience is good experience. And I think nude modelling is some of the best, you can't lean on clothes as a medium. The art is made using just you and a camera. |

It's not a big deal then. Lots of people are professional nudes for art classes, etc. If it's in the name of art and not blatantly pornographic, even if it IS distributed, it really doesn't reflect poorly on you in any way.
I say, if you're comfy in your own skin, do it! |

As long as it really is about art (and you will know about two seconds into the session if you have been misled), there is nothing wrong with it. The only way it might reflect badly on the subject is if we are talking about people who wouldn't see the distinction between nude and naked, as Seinfeld would put it - so I can't say that no one would judge. However, in this case since the images will not be distributed I don't know why anyone would be aware of it unless you choose to stand on your roof and yell that you just posed nude.
I would do it. I'm proud of my body, and I think everyone should be. |

As long as you know for certain that it is not some kind of pornographic scam, then why not?!
Art is beautiful, and so are our bodies. Everyone should be comfortable with their bodies. |

If it's for the art and if I wasn't overweight then I'd do it! |

I don't see anything wrong with it. It's been legitimate art for centuries (well, photography isn't that old, but you get the point).
But I wouldn't do it. I lack the self-esteem. |

I'd totally do it. How exhilerating would that be?! |

I would do it, if I was a bit more comfortable with my body. But if I had the opportunity I probably wouldn't pass it up, especially if it was with an incredible artist/photographer. |

Actually, I've been considering having a boudoir painting done.
Maggie, you definitely shouldn't be uncomfortable with your body. You're hot. Pannic, I don't think I've seen you. But I like you, so it's unlikely that you're ugly. |

I wouldn't do it.
Anytime someone wants to paint or photograph a naked fat chick it's a ploy to be avant garde and edgy. And I am not going to feed that movement of hipster douches. |

Well, here's my Youtube channel if you're curious. Last update's from May this year, though. |
