We had a spirited discussion at rehearsal tonight over whether younger women (not older ladies) sat with their legs crossed in the 1920's...I'm almost certain they did because of the short hemlines, but I can't find my notes from my amazing technique class that broke down that sort of thing. And I'm getting some wierd stuff trying to goodsearch it...anyone got a direction to point me in?


I'm really hoping to recover my notes- it had great stuff on things like the proper way to climb stairs in a Victorian gown, how to stand in a Middle ages dress, things like that.
