Anything like this for Cats?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcC7Rl5K68gHey I was recently skimming Youtube and found that video of a Wicked cast. The user in charge put out a casting call to which people responded with videos. He cast them and on Halloween he's releasing a video of all of the cast edited together into an entire musical. So we'll see how that works. But I just wanted to know if anyone's ever done anything like that for Cats. If so, I'd like a link so I could watch it. If not... *hint hint*  I'm kidding, though it would be cool.

I've never heard of such a thing, and given RUG's good ol' habit of shutting down anything and everything that might in some way infringe on the copyrighted material, plus Cats' age(compared to Wicked, which is still buzzworthy), I doubt anything like this exists for Cats.
(I'd also be surprised if the one you linked to actually gets completed, but that's the cynic in me.) |

A fan once set something up in which songs were being edited together but it was only audio tracks and I don't think it was ever actually finished. I think it was... Mistacor? It was a long time ago now. I know whoever did it had an original black cat character. | ||||
