Yes, called "Annie Warbucks." Also called Annie 2 for awhile.

There is a 2nd movie with Ashley Johnson as Annie and George Hearn as Warbucks and it wasn't a musical
then there was a musical sequel that only made it to Off-Broadway called Annie Warbucks
also there was a sequel that was going to bo to broadway called Annie 2: Miss Hannigan's Revenge but it never got finished.

I remember that, it was called "Annie Goes to London" or something. I saw it when I was little. It wasn't a musical, though, but Annie sang "Tomorrow" at the end.
