So I wrote this about a year ago, but I just realized today that I could post it. Hahahaa. One of my drama teachers (let's just all him Tommy Q) really hates ALW, so for his birthday, my friend and I wrote a little parody of several shows. Neither of us are lyricists (at all), but it was pretty fun to write.

Some of the lyrics are random references to plays we've done, but a lot of them are just fun drama references. If you can imagine this being performed by two girls in the tech shop, it will help. Laughing

Random tidbits that might help you understand this: He's obsessed with diet coke, RLind is the nickname of Girl 1 who makes a lot of dance mixes for our drama classes), in the Odyssey Girl 2 (aka me) had to stand on a little platform fifteen feet above the ground for the entire show, Tommy Q has never posted a cast list on time ever

Tommy Q Superstar

Girl 1 (playing Tommy Q) [To the tune of "Memory"]
May first. See my birthday on the calendar.

Like the power drill, I yearn to turn my face to the sun.
I am waiting for my birthday.

Well that's about it. Hahaha. We had a fun time writing and performing it. Now the only problem is that we have to figure out how to top it for this year! Very Happy
