Thanks. Smile

Okay, I have it.

I thought the music was great, some of the lyrics were dodgy, but they worked; the vocalists did a good job.

(not much of a review, but whatever Razz)

3.5/5

I bought it almost 10 years ago, and I've only listened to it once... after I'd opened it.

It's covered in lots of dust (10 years worth). That can't be good for the CD.

the cd's worth it just for Mr. Andrews song at the end. Very haunting and powerfully sung by Mike Cerevis.
Salome

its one of the best scores of the 90s.

No, it's not.

it truley is. it evokes the period perfectly..it has strong lyrics set in wonderul music, there are moving ballads like Barret's Song and In Every Age, stirring character driven moments like The Blame and Night was alive, one of the most touching blening of music and lyrics i ever heardi n the song "Autumn". and "Still" which is one of the finest love songs ive ever heard. the ensemble work is brilliant, the orchestrationbs, incorperating sounds like the telegraph and the ships engines is really fine indeed.

RAGTIME was much better. Score, cast, CD production. Superior to that of TITANIC.

The main reason I got TITANIC was because of Cerveris, who was Tommy in THE WHO'S TOMMY (another great cast recording, and I saw the Canadian cast... awesome...). So, I really got it for Cerveris.

I AM thankful that they didn't do a musical version of the 2,000 hour long epic that starred Leo and whoever-the-chick was. I forgot her name... anyway it's not that important.

Andy.

The musical was out before the film.

and I actually like Ragtime alot but Titanic IMO is still a better score.
