Ain't It Good Question...OK, so for a local talent show, I was considering singing Ain't it Good from Children of Eden. A friend of mine was going to record it using a synthesiszer, making it sound very much like the original....except one thing: No backround vocals. Being that this song is based on a gospel choir, would it be remotely possible to sing it WITHOUT the chorus backround? Or would that sound terrible? If it would, are there ways you could recommend to get vocals in the backround without hiring singers? Thanks ahead for your responses.

I believe there are programs out there that will in fact remove the lead singer off of a track, and leave the back-up vocals, thus making it a karaoke, but with the choir on it. I'd say look into purchasing one of those... all of the free ones found online will only get rid of the lead voice 90%, leaving behind an annoying, and audible echo noise of the lead's voice. Hope this helps
