Actress AlbumsI've recently noticed that lots of people who have done or are still doing roles in Wicked are releasing studio albums. For example:
Idina Menzel
She released the Defying Gravity remix earlier this year, with a full album promised later in the year.
Kristin Chenoweth
She recently released an album, Let Yourself Go, way back in 2002 before she performed in Wicked. Yet at this stage, she was already in rehearsals for WickedShe also changed her name during Wicked so that there is an e in Kristen, instead of two i's.
Julia Murney
She has just released her album, I'm Not Waiting. On it is an accoustic version of I'm Not That Girl.

I have Idina's two albums and Kristin's two albums and I can't wait for Idina's new one.
All 4 albums are great!
I think Stephanie J Block is recording one too and including the deleted Wicked song Making Good (which was later replaced with The Wizard and I).

Kristin also has a Christian CD out called As I Am (that I love that also includes Taylor, the Latte Boy which is MY song).

I would love them to release an acoustic version of the OBCR. I love the acoustic version of Defying Gravity, on youtube.
