1 acts

so i really have my heart set on cutting down 1940s Radio Hour into a 1 act........except I dont really know anything about the show and have yet to read a script to even figure out if it can be done (I cut Sarte's No Exit down to 30mins, so it's very possible)

if it cant be done, anyone know of any 1 acts that are 1940s themed and include singing?

I haven't seen it, but I do know that it's a revue so it should be fairly easy to cut down. I don't know of too many 1 act musicals, but if anyone else knows of any, I'm interested also.

1 act musicals

Hi, There is a fabulous 1 act musical called" Archy and Mehitabel ". It is a Jazz piece with a touch of Broadway . Great girl group numbers, and some tap. It is by Joe Darion and George Kleinsinger. It originally stared Carol Channing and Eddie Braken. I know one of the publishing houses has it. There was a record! made and you can find it in some libraries .
Good Luck! Cam
