That's too bad. It's a great show (or shows, since this was to become a double-header), and Laurie Metcalf seems perfect for the role she had. I wish I were able to judge whether the actor in the Matthew Broderick role rose to the occasion or not, but unfortunately I did not know of him before this so I'm not able to make an informed speculation.

I'm especially sad that Broadway Bound doesn't even get the chance to open, the actors didn't even get to perform...
