I really liked it. But it's not as much about Rent as you may expect. I learned a lot about Anthony's past relationships

I really liked it too... Anthony's actually a very good writer, and evoked some very poignant personal things... as well as some that were just plain old personal. But I thought it was really beautiful, actually.

I searched it on amazon.com and it said that one of the common terms (or something like that) in the book was "ear sex."

Care to explain?

yeah, it is kind of a common phrase in the book. But aside from the bit about it, it's very well written. Both when his mother, and when Jonathan Larson died, I cried. His writing is very personal, and brings you into the story.
