[Life=Cabaret]

Which version of "The Glamorous Life" do you like best and why? The three I am familiar with are:

The original (the girl singing that transitions into Desiree writing her letter and later the grandmother is included)
The movie version (in which it is a solo for the girl. It was included as a bonus track on a reissue of the OBC)
The London revival (Judi Dench's recording, which has a mix of both).

The reason I am not adding a poll is a) I don't know how and b) I want to know WHY you like one version of "The Glamorous Life" over the others.

My personal opinion: The movie version. Heartbreaking, beautiful, and disturbing in that Sondheim way.
